HAMLIN – A guilty plea was entered in Lincoln County Circuit Court recently for a man charged with strangulation and other offenses dating from before the county courthouse closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Lincoln Journal reported previously that John Dale Roberts was charged with strangulation of another without their consent and being a person prohibited from possessing firearms, as well as classifications offenses on March 9, 2020.
