HAMLIN – A woman, indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury recently on a single felony marijuana manufacturing count, appeared in circuit court and pleaded not guilty last week. Laura Marie Hager (case 19-F-14) appeared before Judge Jay Hoke, Tuesday, February 5, 2019. The case was called at 2:35 pm and the hearing lasted around three minutes.

The accused appeared with her counsel, Robby Long. Hager waived a reading of the indictment and waived a reading of her constitutional rights. She pleaded “Not Guilty” to the single felony count…
