CHARLESTON, W.VA. – Fahim Abdul-Majeed (center) was sentenced Wednesday to 20 years in prison for second-degree murder in the death of Lee Davis. Fahim was arrested in 2021 in South Charleston during a traffic stop, according to a news release from the Charleston Police Department.
Lee Patrick Davis, 38, of Charleston was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 900 block of Woodward Drive about 11:30 p.m., according to a news release from the Charleston Police Department. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Abdul-Majeed was charged with first-degree murder.
